WEBINAR
CHINITALY: ITALIANS WORKING INSIDE THE CHINA WINE INDUSTRY
Wednesday, 06th April
6:00pm CET
French and Australian consultants tend to be in the spotlight when it comes to the China's wine industry, but Italians are also found at some of the country's best operations, from east to west.
From an idea of Jim Boyce, founder of Grape Wall of China, and developed together with the Veronafiere China office and the wine writer Ian D'Agata, the webinar will be an opportunity to present the wine development that China is experiencing in recent years.
During the webinar, you will witness a free dialogue with, Denise Cosentino, Technical Director of Domaine de Long Dai, the project in Shandong born 15 years ago from the will of the Lafite Rothschild family to diversify and expand their know-how in regions of the world with high viticultural potential and Loris Tartaglia, Chief winemaker of Puchang Vineyard, one of the best wineries in Xinjiang, born from the idea of the Hong Kong entrepreneur K.K. Cheung, with the aim of creating a new and sustainable reality that uses French, Georgian and native vines.
Moderator of the event will be Ian D'Agata, consultant and supervisor for Vinitaly in the aggregation of wineries, among the leading experts and among the major experts abroad of Italian wine, who during Vinitaly will take care of the narration of wines in dedicated appointments with masterclasses reserved for professionals, buyers and journalists.
The webinar will be held in Italian and is open to everyone. Taking part is free of charge after filling out the form. You can register until Tuesday 5th April 2022, 6:00 pm CET.
