From Sunday to Tuesday non-stop 9:30 AM - 06:00 PM, entry is allowed up to 05:00 PM
On Wednesday non-stop 9:30 AM - 04:30 PM, entry is allowed up to 02:30 PM.

The Organizer reserves the right at its complete discretion to modify this timetable, as well as to suspend entrance by trade operators and any and all business activity for certain periods in relation to organisational requirements.

Attendance at the Event is on payment and Trade Only after compulsory registration and indication of the date of the visit; once the admission ticket has been redeemed, it will not be possible to change either the name of or the date of the visit indicated.

International attendees requiring an official letter of invitation from Vinitaly/Veronafiere in support of the visa application, should submit their request by filling in the appropriate form available on this page.

Vinitaly/Veronafiere will examine only those requests indicating a company email address and including useful information certifying that your business activity is relevant to Vinitaly product sector.

If the request is positively evaluated, you will receive an email of confirmation within 7 working days.
According to the personal data you will provide us (passport number, spelling of names etc.) only one Official Letter of Invitation will be issued. Any further amendment will not be taken into consideration for a new letter issuing.

Please note that Veronafiere have no influence over the issue of a VISA, therefore, it is not Veronafiere’s responsibility to contact Italian Embassies or Consulates for supporting individual applications.
For any specific questions you should contact directly your Embassy or Consulate.



Free entrance tickets are also available for Italian or foreign disabled visitors provided that they have documentation certifying one of the following requirements:

  •  persons with 100% disability
  •  80% - 100% Work-related disability (equated with 100% disability)
  •  Category 1 Service disability (equated with 100% disability)
  •  persons with total blindness or residual vision of no more than 1/10 in both eyes with possible correction
  •  deaf persons.


Only where indicated by legal documentation and in those cases where free entrance tickets are envisaged for persons with 80% - 100% disability (see list above) will free entrance also be granted to accompanying persons.

ACCESS: Entrance gates with dedicated turnstiles. Specific bathrooms and restaurants on the ground floor: Goloso Restaurant, Enolitech Restaurant and Citadels of Gastronomy. The other restaurants are accessed by lifts.
For specific transport requirements, contact service personnel available at all times in the Exhibition Centre.

Access to the Exhibitions is allowed to trade operators of the following categories in compliance with the days dedicated to them:

  • Large-Scale Distribution
  • wholesalers
  • import-export
  • food retailers
  • bars
  • restaurants
  • hotels
  • catering
  • wine stores
  • wine bars
  • sommeliers
  • wine technicians
  • wine technology producers
  • producers of olive oil and wine
  • the trade press
  • authorities
  • institutions


IMPORTANT! If you are a non-professional sommelier or work for a WINE-MAKING company which is NOT exhibiting at Vinitaly, the visiting days specifically for you are Sunday 02 April and/or Wednesday 05 April 2023.
