Eligibility requirements
Admission is reserved exclusively for international professional operators with a direct and active role in purchasing wine & spirits.
Eligible profiles include importers, wholesalers and distributors, retail purchasing managers, wine shop owners, restaurateurs and hospitality buyers, hoteliers and caterers, bartenders and professional sommeliers.
Companies based in Italy and wine consultancy firms based abroad are not eligible for admission.
Please note that submitting the form does not automatically guarantee admission. Each request is evaluated to ensure consistency with the B2B nature of Vinitaly.
The badge is personal and non-transferable and will be issued according to the information provided during registration.
Ticket prices
Daily ticket for Vinitaly 2026: €125.00 (VAT included) + online sales fees
Four-day pass: €280.00 (VAT included) + online sales fees
Tickets for Vinitaly can only be purchased online; on-site ticket offices will not be open.
The ticket is nominal and strictly personal and will be issued according to the registration made.
Each operator must proceed with the purchase of their own ticket with a personal registration.
Name changes or refunds are not permitted.
Staff at the entrances may verify the correct ownership of the ticket by checking an identity document.
Operators who do not have a direct and active role in purchasing (“Sommelier for passion” and “My winery does not exhibit at Vinitaly”) will be able to choose to visit the exhibition only on Sunday and Wednesday.
