This document states the terms and conditions that govern the relationships between Veronafiere S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as VERONAFIERE), provider of Veronafiere Vinitaly Shop service (hereinafter referred to as SERVICE), the provider of the online purchase service Graffiti s.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as GRAFFITI) and the users of this service (hereinafter referred to as USERS).
ART. 1 OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The SERVICE consists of the provision of information related to events organized by the Vinitaly brand or its derivatives and connected therewith as well as of the possibility for the users to book the participation in physical events and/or to purchase access to specific events and/or to purchase other services. This SERVICE is provided through the website https://www.vinitaly.com/.
Art. 2 – METHODS OF PRODUCT PURCHASING THROUGH THE SERVICE
The USER may purchase the products described hereinafter according to the procedure envisioned by the SERVICE. The USER undertakes and commits himself, once the online booking and/or purchasing procedure is finished, to print and retain these general terms in order to comply in full with the terms of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended.
Art. 3 DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
The products for online sale on the Shop Vinitaly platform are set forth below:
2) booking for a fee a virtual place so as to remotely participate in a wine tasting and/or event as USER.
3) purchasing videos on demand (e.g. webinar, wine tasting, masterclass, meeting or event)
4) other services (e.g. purchase of a package including both online participation in a wine tasting and sending of the wines for tasting to the USER)
5) booking a place so as to participate in an event with free entry (with or without request for registration) taking place at the Verona fairgrounds. The SERVICE refers to events for which a limited number of places is foreseen, to be booked in advance.
Warning: booking and/or purchase of the place in the hall are guaranteed up to 10 minutes before starting the event.
A valid title is required to access the event so as to participate in the events taking place inside the Verona fairgrounds during Vinitaly.
In case of cancellation by Veronafiere, users who have purchased the booking to the events shall be refunded of the cost of the product.
Art. 4 – PRODUCT PAYMENT AND INVOICING PROCEDURES
Booking and purchase of products require the online purchase procedure to be completed in all its mandatory parts.
The availability of products is subject to changes until the transaction is successfully completed.
Purchase is finalized upon completion of the online purchase order and when payment has been made.
Payment may be made by means of the main credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal following the instructions shown in the procedures described online.
At the end of payment, the USER shall receive an acknowledgment email. The USER may always see his orders / purchases in the relevant section online “My events”.
Art. 5 – PRODUCT PRICES AND VALIDITY
The prices and validity of products are specified during the purchasing procedure.
Art. 6 – WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND REFUND
Purchase of products is made in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended.
The withdrawal right may be exercised within 14 days after sending of the order and subsequent payment, if this term is not within 10 days before the event.
If withdrawal is exercised within 14 days after sending of the order and subsequent payment and this term is not within 10 days before the event, users who exercise this right shall be entitled to be refunded of the product cost.
If withdrawal is exercised within 10 days before the event, users who exercise this right shall not be entitled to be refunded of the product cost.
The right must be exercised by sending within the above-mentioned deadline a notice in writing by registered letter with return receipt showing the order number to the head office:

Bank and shipping costs (if any) incurred by Graffiti srl are not refundable.
Should the user be already in possession of the product purchased on Veronafiere Shop Vinitaly, he must return it, at his own expenses, within 2 working days after sending the registered letter with return receipt to Graffiti srl.
Refund shall be made net of commission fees accrued by Graffiti srl for the business carried out within the 10th day of the month following the date of presale closing.
The USER undertakes to provide during the registration a valid and reachable email address so that Veronafiere and/or Graffiti srl may send any notice on the object of the service.
Veronafiere assumes no liability for any direct and consequential damages caused by its service.
Veronafiere undertakes to provide an effective and functional service that meets users’ requirements. For this reason, Veronafiere may discontinue the service so as to make changes held necessary to achieve this purpose.
