The "Ristorante Piemonte… e le sue Stelle," now in its 12th edition, ideally represents the promotion of Piedmont’s denomination of origin brands and the regional agri-food system.
This year, Davide Palluda, Michelin-starred chef of Ristorante all'Enoteca in Canale d’Alba (CN), will lead the kitchen, presenting dishes from the finest regional culinary traditions.
The four different menus, alternating throughout the event, will be paired with Piedmontese DOCG and DOC wines provided by the participating wineries.
