In the heart of Vinitaly, the restaurant “Cracco at Vinitaly” offers a gastronomic experience celebrating Italian excellence, with a special focus on products from Emilia-Romagna.

 

Created by Chef Carlo Cracco, the menu features two distinct tasting journeys, both designed to highlight PDO and PGI ingredients through iconic dishes and refined reinterpretations of tradition, offering visitors a journey of authentic flavors with the Chef’s personal touch.

  • Soft egg, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO water, Modena Balsamic Vinegar PGI, and radicchio
  • Tagliatelle with ragù

April 14 e 15 -  Beyond Borders Menu

 

  • Ricotta and spinach cappelletti, Sogliano Fossa Cheese PDO, and Parma Ham PDO
  • Milanese-style veal from the Central Apennines PGI with mixed herbs
  • Vistamare cherry pancake with vermouth mascarpone
