The event “La Grappa Tosolini: Beyond the Boundaries of Distillation” is a masterclass dedicated to innovation. We guide participants on a sensory journey through grappa that breaks the mold: from the smoked Grappa Smoked, to barrel-aged grappa in ex-mezcal casks, to grape distillates aged in wine barrels, concluding with Amaro Tosolini and the Aging in the Lagoon. We will show how these aging techniques transform the distillate into a modern experience. A unique opportunity to taste and understand the grappa of tomorrow.
