For years, she has been working on the dissemination and practical application of artificial intelligence, exploring the boundary between generative tools, digital creativity, and new communication models. In her presentations, she doesn’t just talk about technology — she shows it in action, demonstrating how AI tools can be used in a simple and immediate way to create content, automate processes, and develop new storytelling formats for brands and businesses.

The marketing of food and wine is changing, and Artificial Intelligence is driving this transformation. Today, brands have access to tools capable of generating faces, crafting stories, and producing video content in entirely new ways — a shift that is affecting the world of gin, wine, restaurants, and distilleries wherever there is a product to tell a story about and an identity to communicate.

During this presentation, everything happens in real time: a virtual influencer is created from scratch. Starting with the image and personality, the process leads to a fully formed video reel in which this character speaks, tells stories, and promotes — exactly like a social media creator would.

The goal is to show concretely how these technologies are rewriting the language of promotion in the food & beverage sector: how to tell the story of a bottle, a restaurant, or an experience when the speaker doesn’t exist — yet can still convey place, quality, and emotion.

At the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling, this talk is a window into a future that is already here — the world of artificial influencers speaking to wine, gin, and gastronomic enthusiasts with a voice all their own.
