The VIA Advanced Tasting Sessions are high-level, structured workshops dedicated to the refinement of Italian wine tasting. Designed primarily for Italian Wine Ambassadors and Italian Wine Experts, these sessions position certification as the beginning of mastery, not the end.

No exam.

No new qualification.

Only advanced calibration and professional dialogue.

Format

• 4 hour in-person workshop

• 20 wines in comparative flights

• Advanced interpretive tasting and structural analysis

• Recorded master module for the VIA Digital Library

• Led by Sarah Heller MW
