The BluWine project promotes a holistic approach inspired by the Blue Economy to make grape and wine production more sustainable throughout the entire value chain. By integrating innovations in viticulture, oenology, resource recovery, and the valorization of by-products, BluWine aims to improve wine quality while safeguarding the environment.
The BluWine project is funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions – Staff Exchange (MSCA-SE) programme and brings together an international consortium of nine partners from universities and research centers. Through strategic staff exchanges, the project strengthens collaboration between early-career researchers and established experts, fostering the development of sustainable technologies and practices for the wine sector.
Join the conversation that is helping to build a smarter and more resilient wine sector and discover how the BluWine project will transform today’s challenges into the sustainable wine innovations of tomorrow.
