The wine sector, a long-established excellence of the Italian agri-food industry and the leading sector in terms of access to Foragri funding, is now facing a historic transition driven by sustainability, climate change, and digital innovation—challenges that require a radical investment in skills.
In this context, the agricultural bilateral system needs a renewed alliance between the Social Partners and public Institutions in order to strengthen its role through a synergistic approach. Where should we begin? To define the “tools and policies” needed for “quality training,” we must first start with data analysis, drawing on contributions from the management of Foragri and Nomisma.
The Workshop will then focus on local best practices, giving space to testimonies from the Social Partners who concretely design and implement training plans at the territorial level. The event will conclude with a roundtable discussion involving representatives of public Institutions to explore the contribution that policymakers and institutions can make.
