The Must-have Etna Wines by Cronache di Gusto

An exclusive tasting dedicated to some of the finest wines of Etna, organized by Cronache di Gusto. The session will feature a selection of white and red wines rated as “Must-Try” by Cronache di Gusto in the 2026 edition of the Etna Wine Guide.

“For us,” - say Fabrizio Carrera and Federico Latteri, editors of the Guide - “this is a double celebration. Not only we are tasting some of the finest wines from Etna, but we are also marking the tenth edition of our Guide. For ten years, we have passionately and consistently told the story of one of the most captivating terroirs. For us, this is a significant milestone; an act of love for the Volcano and its extraordinary wines, which continue to be appreciated and enjoyed all over the world. We describe a territory that never stands still. It continues to strengthen in terms of number of wineries, expand in vineyard surface (over 1400 hectares under DOC claim) and grow in grape production (more than 95.000 quintals in 2025). Etna to drink. Fascinating and elusive. Rich in identity and immensely pleasurable. These were the words we used to introduce the first edition of the Guide in 2016. They still hold true today.
