Throughout his long career as a discoverer, communicator and supporter of both small and great wines, born from the intuition of winemakers who are dreamers and fighters for quality and for respect of the land and human work, Luigi Veronelli helped give birth to, or consolidate, wines that then became true liquid masterpieces, emblems of Italian culture.

These were the wines “according to Veronelli”, many of which went on to become great, even historic, thanks to the technical and intellectual advances achieved in producing them, to the benefit of the entire sector.

The connection between ideas, words and practices has never been broken and has never stopped generating new developments, so that many new wines too can, without any doubt, be described as “Veronellian”.

On the centenary of its founder’s birth, the Seminario Permanente Luigi Veronelli is presenting a special tasting: an ideal journey through Italy via the current releases of ten masterpiece wines, created also with the ideal contribution of the father of Italian wine criticism.
