Description
The tasting includes an introduction to the characteristics of some of Emilia’s finest cured meats, part of the heritage of the Strade Vini e Sapori di Emilia, so that you can discover and taste them paired with wines from the Colli Piacentini and Colli di Parma regions and porcini mushrooms from Borgotaro. We will discover Spalla cruda and Spalla cotta, as well as Gola stagionata, commonly known as ‘guanciale’.
An experience that begins in the beautiful lands of the Bassa Parmense and Piacentina, nestled along the great River Po, and leads us to the vineyard-dotted landscapes of the Apennines.
