The masterclass is structured in two complementary parts. The first offers an introduction to the world of no- and low-alcohol wines, one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving segments of the contemporary market.
The second part is dedicated to tasting. Acidity, structure, residual sugar, aromatic profile, and persistence become the key parameters for evaluation. De-alcoholized wine is presented as an expression of a new “measure of taste,” in which alcohol is no longer the central axis but one variable among others. The format allows for comparison between different interpretations of the same style or category, encouraging critical reflection on evaluation criteria for no- and low-alcohol wines, their pairing possibilities, and their appropriate placement across different consumption contexts.
