An event dedicated to the role of the Colli di Parma DOC within the local restaurant scene, seen as a prime setting for showcasing the region and its high-quality produce. Colli di Parma DOC wines are a direct expression of the region’s food and wine culture and find their natural setting in the restaurant sector, where they interact with Parma’s culinary excellence, helping to strengthen the bond between product, territory and consumer. The seminar concludes with a tasting of DOC wines and a cooking demonstration organised by Parma Quality Restaurants.
