A meeting dedicated to the role of DOC Colli di Parma within local restaurants, understood as a privileged place for enhancing the territory and its quality productions. DOC Colli di Parma wines are a direct expression of the food and wine culture of the area and find their natural context in catering, in dialogue with the gastronomic excellences of Parma, helping to strengthen the link between product, territory, and consumer. The seminar concludes with a tasting of DOC wines and a show cooking by Parma Quality Restaurants.
