An event dedicated to the role of the Colli di Parma DOC in the development of the region, within the Food Valley system, where quality, culture and hospitality come together in a single experience. The designation acts as a link between production, hospitality and informed consumption, contributing to the enhancement of the local food and wine offering and the promotion of the region. The seminar concludes with a tasting of DOC wines and a cooking demonstration by Parma Quality Restaurants.
