AAA – Apulia Authentic Appeal

An exclusive tasting designed to discover and experience the wines of an authentic and increasingly compelling Puglia, which continues to attract growing interest from both wine professionals and wine lovers. The focus is on the wines of the Castel del Monte DOCG, including reds from Nero di Troia grapes and rosés from Bombino Nero grapes. The masterclass is organized by Cronache di Gusto in collaboration with the Consorzio di Tutela della Docg Castel del Monte. The title of the Masterclass says it all: “AAA – Apulia Authentic Appeal”. Three “A’s” that, as explained by the president of the Consortium, Francesco Liantonio, who will be present at the tasting, perfectly capture the essence of a territory deeply connected to Castel del Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and to an ancient vocation that is rediscovering its identity and charm year after year.
