Wine Tasting & Lunch with Chefs Maicol & Christian – Every Day
Every day, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, we welcome you to enjoy a wine tasting experience paired with delicious dishes freshly prepared by our chefs.
On Tuesday, during lunch hours, Chefs Maicol & Christian will present two special dishes, designed to enhance the aromas and flavors of our wines: Fonteantica, Rosasera, Rossorosa and Gabriel.
🧀 Abruzzese pecorino flan with honey and broad beans
👉 Recommended pairing: Rosasera and/or Fontenuova
🥔 Avezzano potato cream with licorice powder and Senatore Cappelli bread crumble
👉 Recommended pairing: Fonteantica and/or Rossorosa
