Wine Tasting & Lunch with Chefs Maicol & Christian – Every Day
Every day, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, we welcome you to enjoy a wine tasting experience paired with delicious dishes freshly prepared by our chefs.
On Sunday, during lunch hours, Chefs Maicol & Christian will present two special dishes, designed to enhance the aromas and flavors of our wines: Fonteantica, Rosasera, Rossorosa and Gabriel.
🍝 Tondino beans with cascigni and sweet Altino pepper
👉 Recommended pairing: Fonteamonte and/or Rosasera
🧀 Saffron cream with toasted almonds and tomato sponge made from Abruzzo pear tomatoes
