JUAN MANTILLA

Design Expert and Creative Director with a strong background in the cosmetics industry, specializing in Product and Packaging Design, Art Direction, Branding, and Communication.
He began his career as an art director in Madrid, where he introduced innovations in interactive design. Since 2004, he has focused on packaging design, collaborating with prominent designers. In 2009, he moved to Milan as a creative director, working on packaging for fragrances, eyewear, and displays for brands such as Safilo, Luxottica, and Mavive.
Since 2010, he has been with KIKO Milano, where he has developed designs for cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare while contributing to the launch of new brands for the Percassi Group in Italy and abroad.
Born in Colombia and raised in Madrid, Juan was a vinyl DJ in the 1990s in Spain’s underground clubs, driven by a passion for youth culture and street art.
Today, he serves as Global Head of Creative for KIKO Milano, based in Italy.
