DANIELE COLOMBO

Born in Milan in 1964, Daniele Colombo joined Esselunga in 1985, embarking on a career marked by internal growth. After serving as a store manager, he became a buyer in the non-food purchasing department in 1991 and then the grocery buyer for wine and spirits in 1998. Under his management, Esselunga opened its first wine shop in Casalecchio di Reno.
Since 2017, he has served as Category Manager for the entire beverage sector.
In 2023, he spearheaded the launch of enoteca.esselunga.it, an exclusive wine and spirits e-commerce platform offering around 2,500 labels.
