A new menu paired with extra virgin olive oils and finger food to go: these are the masterpieces of the Italian Federation of Chefs, for the 2024 edition of SOL.
The chefs of FIC will compete from the north to the south of Italy, proposing always original dishes under the banner of typical Italian regional dishes, paired with the wine list proposed by AIS - Italian Sommelier Association.
