A sensory journey through flavors, aromas and colors, the *Food Pairing & Cocktails* workshop offers a complete overview of how to combine foods and cocktails, creating unforgettable experiences for the palate. During this meeting, we will explore the fundamental rules of food pairing, an art that combines the world of gastronomy with that of mixology to enhance each dish through a suitable cocktail.
We will examine how to choose the right cocktail for each dish, focusing on the principles of food pairing: intensity of flavors, complementarity of ingredients and balanced contrast. Participants will learn to distinguish the main characteristics of a cocktail (sweetness, acidity, bitterness, alcohol) and how they can interact with the structure of a dish, from fish to meat, from vegetarian dishes to desserts.
