"Ristorante d'Autore" is one of the flagship events whereby Veronafiere supports restaurateurs and wine producers to valorise great Italian wine & food: together to take up the challenges of the new millennium.
The event, at lunchtime every day during the main show in the elegant settings of Palaexpo, will involve leading Italian chefs representing some of the most important sector associations in "performances" and creations, matching the very best wines of Italy.
This unique occasion will be an opportunity to enjoy the "creations" of some of the top Italians chefs.
