Grappa & C. Tasting

Vinitaly - next 3-7 April - sees the Tasters Study Centre (www.assaggiatori.com) and VeronaFiere (www.veronafiere.it), organise once again this year a new edition of the "Grappa & C. Stratus Tasting".
The 2007 edition involved about 180 products: a huge selection from which visitors could freely choose and taste samples using a sensorial analysis card based on the Stratus Tasting method.
At the end of the 2007 event, more than 10,000 tastings were recorded - a result impressively higher than in previous editions.
