How to register

30 SEPTEMBER 2009: CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION AT VINITALY 2010
Applications received after this date will be included in the waiting list.
If exhibition space becomes available, Vinitaly staff will contact you personally.


DID YOU ATTEND VINITALY 2009?


Use your login and password to enter the Confidential Area for clients at www.vinitaly.com

If you have forgotten them, contact us via e-mail E-mail
  • Fill out the Enrolment Form and the Catalogue Page indicating your area request, the name of your company and the name you wish to include in the Catalogue: the system will automatically calculate the cost of your attendance and the advance payment required
  • Please read the General and Privacy Regulations, which you implicitly accept on sending the registration application
  • You can directly pay the compulsory advance by credit card or indicate payment by bank draft. REMEMBER: the Registration Application is valid once the advance payment is received and this date will be used to define eventual application of promotional costs!!
  • Press "CONFIRM": you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming you participation request
  • after a few days, our Staff wil send you by e-mail, a pdf summarising your requirements: print it, sign it, enclose the payment receipt (if you did not use credit card) and send it by fax to Vinitaly! (fax 045 829 8161)

HAVE YOU NOT ATTENDED VINITALY BEFORE?


Go to www.vinitaly.com/registration and then the Registration area: then fill out the pre-enrolment form, indicating your company name, some information about your company and the trade sectors of interest.

If your application is accepted, you will receive the login and password and all necessary indications for the compilation of the Registration Application.
