Dear Exhibitor, May we draw your kind attention to the fact that no outside agency is authorised to propose and receive advertising in the name of VeronaFiere. All promotional initiatives are directly managed by VeronaFiere itself.New regulations for car parking in the areas around the Exhibition Centre.
In the perimeter including Stradone Santa Lucia, Via Golosine, Via Po, Largo Don Giovanni Calabria, Via dell'Industria, Via Monfalcone, Via Centro, Via Volturno, Via Scuderlando, Viale dell'Agricoltura, Viale del Lavoro, Via Scopoli and Viale della Fiera parking is allowed with a time disk for one hour between 8.00 and 19.00. If parking time exceeds the one-hour limit, the Municipal Police will immediately remove the vehicle.
This regulation obviously does not include parking facilities on payment.
It has come to our attention that the Construct Data Verlag GmbH company, with head offices in Austria, and the EXPO GUIDE company of Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV, with head offices in Mexico, are sending offers to many exhibiting companies for the publication of an advertising insert on payment in their catalogues.
In these letters and offers, the above-mentioned companies (Construct Data and EXPO GUIDE of Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV) use the names of Italian and international events - including VINITALY - and the companies exhibiting at these shows.
In this regard, may we point out that the above-mentioned companies (Construct Data and EXPO GUIDE of Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV) have NEVER been authorised by Veronafiere to use the name and/or logo of the VINITALY event nor the data concerning exhibiting companies, and have NEVER been engaged to procure advertising on behalf of Veronafiere/Vinitaly.
Veronafiere has no relationship whatsoever with the activities of the above-mentioned companies.
The advertising offered by "Construct Data Verlag" and “EXPO GUIDE of Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV“ is NOT included in the promotional offers of Veronafiere/Vinitaly in our Catalogue Form (the form clearly indicates the data and logo - registered as trademarks - of VERONAFIERE® and the VINITALY® event).
Veronafiere/Vinitaly has NEVER engaged either company to procure advertising.
May we remind you that payment of the Vinitaly registration fee means that your company is included without further charge in the Official Catalogue of the event and the List of Exhibitors in the official site www.vinitaly.com and that any requests on your part for advertising on payment in the promotional actions of Veronafiere (insertion of advertising pages, bold type, trademarks etc. in the Vinitaly Official Catalogue, Visitor Guide and/or the magazine "Verona in Fiera") must be made exclusively using the forms issued by Veronafiere.
