CANTINA DI OFFIDA SRL

During the 51st edition of Vinitaly 2017, Cantina Offida (historic winery located in the Piceno area) will present its Cukale Passerina Sparkling Wine, launched on the market in the past days. With its brilliant light straw-yellow colour, Cukale sparkling wine has an intense fragrance of flowers and fruits and a very fresh and smooth taste. Made with the Charmat Martinotti method, it comes to the end user at least after 90 days of stay in autoclaves and one or two months in a bottle. Cantina Offida, historic winery from the Marche region, has believed from the very beginning in the possibility to make a high quality sparkling wine from the native grapes. Cantina Offida, located in the homonymous center in the province of Ascoli Piceno, produces a wide range of wines that are the best expression of the land where the winery is located: Rosso Piceno and Rosso Piceno Superiore, both D.O.P., but also Offida D.O.C. Natural and simple as one time ago but in the line with all the new cultivation and vinification technologies, at the same time, Cantina Offida wines have all the experience and the quality of Piceno territory, that has been producing great quality wines since ever. Expression of ancient and handmade wisdom, that has been able to be updated during the years, aspiring to a continuous and technical upgrade, Cantina Offida wines grow from the cure and dedication that expert farmers dedicate to their own lands and grapes, treated with paternal love from the origin to the harvest.
